- If you place your order after 2pm during normal business hours or over the weekend your Orders Processing time starts the next business day; excluding holidays and inclement weather.

If an items is damaged you must contact Tight Dust within 24 hours of receipt/delivery by calling 516-610-7339 to file a claim. All items purchased during a live sale are non-refundable and can only be exchanged at the discretion of managment. If items are damaged, we require proof of purchase and proof of damage. Once your claim has been filed, it will then be processed. Once there has been a determination made on the claim, a Tight Dust Specialist will contact you directly. If you filed a claim past the 24 HOURS of receipt/delivery, we will not be able to handle your claim. If the item has been altered or tampered with in any way, it will not qualify for an exchange and will be returned to the consumer. We only replace items if they are damaged. If an exchange is approved, it will be for the same item.
DO NOT RETURN any items without notification/confirmation. Please notify Tight Dust by phone (516-610-7339) before a return. If an item is returned without notification, the client will be responsible for any and all return shipping fees. Please note, the client is responsible for returning the item(s) pre-paid to Tight Dust The cost of shipping will not be returned and we will not pay for the return shipping fee.
